There have been some changes, clarifications, and edits made to the 2015 ECTA rule book and you can see them in the document below. This document will be sent out with any rule books we ship from this point in the season forward and should be printed and added to any 2015 rule books you have in your possession. These changes are mostly centered around clarfying existing standards and a modification of minimum safety requirements in some vehicles that fall under certain speed brackets.
